Payment Terms
A booking fee of £100 is payable to secure the date, this is non-refundable. Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to the event.
Travel is charged at 60p per mile outside a 5 mile radius of Crowborough
If there are any parking charges or congestion charges this would need to be covered also.
Trials
Trials take place at my home salon in Crowborough. I will travel to all brides at their venue or homes on the day of the wedding.
Trials must be booked on a weekday. Weekends need to be kept open for weddings. I will always try to accommodate those who are unable to get time off during the week but please enquire in plenty of time as spaces
Please contact me a few months before your big day to arrange your trial for 3-6 weeks before your date.

Trials are to be paid 24 hours before via BACS
Trials are non-refundable
For hair Trials please let me know if you are bringing hair extentions to be use, failure to do so will impact on hair trial time.
Please can you be sure to arrive on time for your trial. It isn’t necessary to arrive early for your appointment as I don’t have a waiting area. If you arrive late this will impact the time allocated for your trial and you will still be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation occurs 8 weeks or less before the Wedding Day, the full balance will need to be paid. If a cancellation happens before 8 weeks there will still be a 50% charge of the total balance (this is in addition to the non-refundable booking fee).
Should your date be cancelled for any reason out of our control such as national crisis, where possible, I will try my best to accommodate your new date. If this is not possible deposits or any trials already paid for will not be refunded.
If the above should happen, I can move your deposit free of charge only once if I have the date available, please check with me prior to booking as I may be booked with another wedding. If you need to move your date for a second time or more a £80 admin charge will be applied.
