Cancellation policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, this is non refundable in all circumstances. If you require to reschedule you need to give more than 72 hours notice and have a two week period if available to move the appointment. Deposit cost varies on each service.

You must contact Grace if you can no longer make your appointment at least 72 hours before the appointment start time, less than 72 hour cancellation will result in the 50 % charge of the booked service.
